The  average startup according to experts takes at least five years to break even and begin to reap some rewards of his consistent hard work. A start up requires an employee who  is ready for a long term commitment.  Someone who has a strong conviction of the future of the business and is willing to be a part of that  future .  Start-ups do not need people who are  just passing through. He needs someone who is ready to sign up for  a quick paced  and longer hours work.

Value is one of the key drivers of  business success. The employees suitable for startups  are the ones whose personal values align with that of the business.. People whose values are  not consistent with the startup's are out of character with the business and should never be hired.   Values such as integrity are critical for a startup success and employees who have personal struggles with honesty are bad for the business.
