Moradeke Adeola Atoki is an accomplished human resources and healthcare management
professional with over 15 years of progressive experience spanning talent management,
employee development, and corporate healthcare systems.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Ibadan, a Master of
Science in Public Health (Health Management) from the University of Lagos, and a Doctorate in
Business Administration (DBA, Strategic Human Capital Management) from the prestigious
Rome Business School.
A committed learner, Moradeke is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
Management of Nigeria (ACIPM), a certified Professional in Human Resources International
(PHRi™), a Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi™), and a full
Member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (MITD).
Currently serving as Head of Human Resources & Administration at Arctic Gynae Centre - a
leading specialist obstetrics and gynaecology hospital in Lagos - Moradeke provides strategic
leadership across the organization's people and administrative functions. With a career
dedicated to healthcare human resources, she has built expertise in talent management,
employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and workplace
culture. She works closely with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that
support operational excellence, strengthen employee experience, and contribute to quality
patient care.
Fondly known as “Dr. Mo,” she is deeply committed to developing people and fostering a
culture of continuous learning. She frequently serves as a facilitator and speaker, sharing
insights and practical experiences through both formal training programs and informal learning platforms.
